Mission: As Head Chef, you will lead the culinary vision of Attiko, our signature Pan-Asian restaurant, ensuring excellence, creativity, and consistency. This role is key to delivering a distinctive and memorable dining experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
What will you have to do?
• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations within a high-end Pan-Asian concept.
• Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes.
• Design and evolve menus reflecting authenticity, innovation, and seasonality.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
• Manage food cost, stock control, and supplier partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, multicultural team.
• Collaborate closely with management to achieve operational and financial goals.
What are we looking for?
• Culinary qualification (Chef Diploma or equivalent) with 5–8 years’ experience in luxury or upscale restaurants.
• Experience in Pan-Asian or Asian cuisine is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Resilient, hands-on profile with a passion for excellence and guest experience.
