The CRM & Loyalty Trainee will assist in the execution of CRM Global Campaigns, Loyalty Program and Public Promotions.
He/she will collaborate with Business Units, Revenue, Brand and eCommerce teams to ensure strategy alignment and meet traffic, engagement, revenue and recurrence targets.
What will you do?
Coordination and follow up of promotional and marketing materials with other areas.
Implementation of marketing campaigns and assist with target segmentations in the campaign management tool.
Facilitate recurrent and ad-hock reports for campaigns KPIs.
Conduct and follow up competition benchmark reports.
Support to Data Protection in Email Marketing campaigns according to GDPR regulation.

Prior experience within a CRM/Digital Marketing department will be appreciated.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication or similar studies.
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken, is a must), other languages are meriting.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and Google Analytics will be valued.

Highly organized and with great attention to detail.
Cross-functional collaboration and high customer orientation (internal customer).
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with several stakeholders.
Innovative and creative mindset and always strive to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Feels comfortable performing basic campaign analysis and converting data into business decisions.
Target oriented, curious and proactive team player.
Photoshop basic knowledge is highly appreciated.

The position is based in Madrid Headquarters, located in the center of the city: c/ Santa Engracia 120 28003 (hybrid remote & office working model).
Full-time position. Immediate incorporation. Duration: 1 full year.
