Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive FIT (leisure) segment performance across key source markets and distribution channels.
- Manage and grow relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, OTAs, and tour operators, ensuring strong market presence and production.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within the FIT segment, expanding the hotel’s leisure distribution network.
- Negotiate and manage FIT contracts, rate agreements, and allotments to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor production, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize pricing strategies in collaboration with Revenue Management.
- Coordinate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to enhance visibility across online and offline leisure channels.
- Conduct sales calls, market visits, and participate in international/local travel trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions.
- Organize and host site inspections, familiarization trips (FAM trips), and client visits for travel partners.
- Ensure proper account management, including performance tracking, reporting, and continuous relationship development.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of FIT bookings and guest experience.
- Support pre-opening or repositioning strategies by establishing strong FIT distribution and market awareness (if applicable).
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively managing partner expectations and resolving any commercial or operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in similar position, with a strong focus on FIT / leisure segment within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven experience working with travel agents, wholesalers, OTAs, and tour operators.
- Strong understanding of FIT distribution channels, contracting, and rate management.
- Knowledge of leisure source markets and travel trends (international and domestic).
- Experience in negotiating FIT contracts, allotments, and partnerships to drive revenue and occupancy.
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as OPERA, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of luxury hospitality standards and leisure networks (e.g., high-end travel agents, consortia) is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages relevant to key markets are a plus).
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze market performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
