What you will have to do:

Operations

• Prepare dishes according to quality standards, recipes, and portion guidelines.
• Ensure timely and efficient preparation of food orders, meeting all specifications.
• Organize cold storage and refrigerators to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Maintain food safety by using older products first and ensuring proper storage temperatures.
• Adhere to HACCP, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen areas and hotel departments.
• Report any operational issues immediately to the supervisor.

Customer Experience

• Uphold the brand philosophy and adhere to operational standards.
• Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for guests.

Health & Safety / Healthy Workplace

• Use personal protective equipment correctly.
• Understand workplace risks and adhere to safety protocols.
