The Human Resources Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in the hotel. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, payroll and benefits coordination, legal compliance, and health and safety.
Beyond administrative functions, this role shapes a high-performing, inclusive, and service-driven organizational culture that aligns with the hotel’s strategic goals and values. The Human Resources Supervisor partners with department heads and the General Manager to ensure each area is supported by skilled, engaged, and empowered team members, fostering an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the hotel’s success.
What you will have to do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all organizational levels to attract and secure top talent.
Arrange, conduct, and assess interviews using structured methods to ensure fair and effective candidate evaluation.
Continuously evaluate and enhance hiring strategies to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and alignment with business goals, and reduce time-to-hire.
Maintain updated knowledge of changes in employment legislation and ensure timely policy updates.
Revise internal policies, handbooks, and Human Resources procedures to reflect legal and operational changes.
Propose salary structures and adjustments aligned with company strategy and in line with the competition.
Implement and coordinate the hotel’s training plan and onboarding processes.
Organize and monitor induction and performance of new hires.
Lead training initiatives for employees and HODs.
Lead initiatives to foster hotel values, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
Collaborate with Finance for monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting.
Reviews and finalizes monthly departmental schedules and uploads them accurately to the ERGANI system in compliance with Greek labor law requirements.
Oversee the implementation of occupational health and safety policies.
Monitor sick leave and work-related injury reports and provide support for safe return-to-work procedures.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR/Payroll role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
Familiarity with platforms such as ERGANI, Epsilon Net, or similar
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
