About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef Position (Cap Roig Restaurant) to join our Culinary Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Assist the Outlet Head Chef in menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management to ensure efficiency and quality.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring high culinary standards and smooth daily operations.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and well-organized kitchen.
Oversee food presentation and quality, ensuring all dishes meet established standards before reaching guests.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience and adapt to guest feedback.


About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualifications
Advance Food and Hygiene Training
Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Worked in previous in Luxury brand Hotels and Restaurants.
Skills

Good level of English
Friendly, approachable and professional
Demonstrates excellent supervisory and leadership skill
Works well under pressure
Demonstrates flexibility in working according to the needs of the business
Excellent customer care skills
