What will I have to do?

 

Operations

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, breads (sweet/salty) pastas.
  • Follow recipes and ensure consistency and high standards of quality, presentation, and taste in all pastry items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to develop new menu items and to enhance overall culinary experience.
  • Ensure the brand’s philosophy and standards are reflected in every dish served.
  • Manage inventory ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
  • Contribute to reducing food waste by implementing best practices.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Culinary degree or pastry certification is a plus.
  • Creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
