Mission of the Role: Ensure that the procurement of services in their coverage area is carried out according to the Procurement Department's strategy, based on the associated global Standards, Policies, Processes, and Procedures, to maximize economic, quality, and sustainability optimization, ensuring control in its execution, which will be carried out by the hotels through the company's purchasing tool. What you will have to do: • Lead the tendering, negotiation, and contracting of the Company's Services, ensuring proximity to the business while maintaining control and alignment with the Company's Global Strategy • Responsible for identifying needs in their area of responsibility through the tools determined for this purpose, analyzing the scope to group consumptions, services, and suppliers with whom they must close agreements to make them available to the hotels through the purchasing tool. • Seek and generate synergies with the rest of the SPP for the development of multi-country framework agreements • Supervise compliance with agreements by business units and suppliers. • Responsible for implementing the Purchasing policy, aligning it with company projects, ensuring its adaptation to the regulations and organization of each country/area. • Translate specific guidelines from their area to the Services Procurement Director for approval • Collaborate with the Managing Director and the Business Partner in achieving savings, quality, and service objectives for the Operations Centers and hotels under their responsibility, following the guidelines established by Services Procurement. • Ensure compliance with budgets and savings objectives, helping to identify the causes of any deviations that may occur and taking corrective measures. • Support the implementation of the strategy, standards, attributes, products, and optimization of the operational efficiency of the centers and hotels in their area through the correct management of suppliers and products • Responsible for the results of audits in their area of responsibility, as well as for improving any weaknesses detected. • Provide information or details that may be requested from hotels (Warehouse, Administration, or any other department) so that they can formalize orders, payments, or receipts of services. • Direct link with Corporate through the Services Procurement Director. Who are we looking for: • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar position • University degree, Facility Management, Facility Services, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, and/or related to the position. • Italian, English and French mandatory
