Mission of The Role: Lead and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and cellar operations of all their designated business units. Job Summary: To manager properly all the activities releated to Restaurant Manager position. What will I be doing? • Detect, consolidate needs and opportunities of hotels under their responsibility and make proposals to the F&B Partner for their validation • Ensure the maintenance, supply and inventory of wine cellars under their responsibility • Lead the up selling strategy related to their role alongside the F&B Managers • Provide the necessary tools for proper execution in restaurant service standards • Ensure correct use of OS&E set by different outlets according to their established concept standard • Participate in operations meetings and produce action plans to improve related KPIs • Produce the necessary training plans together with the HR department of the hotels under their responsibility • Support the search for head of departments profiles in the hotels under their responsibility. • Be knowledgeable of their department's budget • Support and participate in the identification of talent in their department. What are we looking for? • Previuos experience in the role in an Hotel with multiple F&B outlets • Leadership skills • Fluent in Italian and English
