Mission: Ensures that the catering service is delivered successfully and in line with the quality standards set by the hotel. Responsible for the quality, preparation and presentation of food produced in the assigned kitchen. What you will be doing: • Organise the delivery of the various services • Carry out preparatory tasks • Prepare simple dishes • Help maintain the kitchen and adjoining areas • Comply with current health and safety regulations Who we are looking for: • Excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of English is an advantage • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, even minimal • Be organised and able to communicate effectively with colleagues The position can be classified at level D1 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level D1: €1.556,99 gross monthly). The Gross Annual Salary is €21.797,86, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
