Your Task:
- Production of the daily mise en place
- Preparation and cooking of menus mainly for the à la carte business of the hotel restaurant SYNDEO and the roof terrace BAR CARBANA
- Preparation and cooking of culinary buffets and menus for the banquet (conferences, events) and breakfast service areas
- Co-designing the menu and its practical implementation
- Supervision and control of the staff canteen
- Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP guidelines
- Ordering, receiving and checking goods as well as professional stocking
- Carrying out inventories
- If necessary, instructing trainees in the kitchen and training new employees
Your Profil:
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in the kitchen advantageous
