Einleitung Für unsere Berghäuser suchen wir nach Vereinbarung, spätestens zur Sommersaison, eine motivierte und kreative Persönlichkeit als KÜCHENCHEF Für eine gepflegte, frische und traditionelle schweizerische Küche Deine Aufgaben Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche und trägst mit dem Team zum Erfolg des Berghauses Kreation und Elaboration der Menüs und Tagesspezialitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsleiter Organisation der Selbstbedienungstheke und Überwachung der Qualität des Salatbuffets Schulen, Einarbeiten und Fördern deiner kleinen Brigade Tägliches Briefing des gesamten Teams mit dem Gastgeber Einsatzplanung unter Einhaltung des L-GAV Nachhaltigkeit im Wareneinkauf und -einsatz, monatliche Inventur Strikte Einhaltung der HACCP Standards auch der administrativen Aufgaben Wir bietenBefristete Saisonstelle mit Option für weitere Saisonanstellungen bzw. unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis Überwiegend Tag- (Durch-)dienst Freundliches, aktives und professionelles Team Zeitgemässe Anstellungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen sowie Sozialleistungen Arbeit in einer der schönsten Landschaft des Berner Oberlandes Freier Mitarbeiterparkplatz, bei Bedarf Personalunterkunft Saisonabonnement für das gesamte Gebiet der Bergbahnen Destination Gstaad.
Requisitos
• Anerkannte Berufsausbildung Koch, bereits Erfahrung als Küchenleiter oder Sous-Chef • Kreativ mit Auge fürs Detail und organisiert • Nachhaltiges Wirtschaften liegt dir am Herzen • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Englische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (internationales Team) • Teamfähige, freundliche Person mit guten Umgangsformen
