We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Hotel General Manager to oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of multiple hotels within our portfolio across Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for ensuring superior guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and driving brand standards across all assigned properties. Job Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership & Performance: Develop and implement cluster-wide strategies to achieve financial targets, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction across all properties. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial performance to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned hotels, ensuring adherence to Barceló's brand standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. • Financial Management: Develop and manage cluster budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Implement cost control measures, revenue maximization strategies, and efficient resource allocation to drive profitability and return on investment. • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of General Managers and hotel leaders across the cluster. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement and professional growth. • Guest Experience & Quality Control: Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction across all properties through proactive service delivery, effective complaint resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee quality assurance programs and audits. • Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute cluster-wide strategies to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and market share. Represent the hotels at industry events and build strong local relationships. • Asset Management & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all hotel assets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining property standards. Coordinate with relevant departments for renovations and capital expenditure projects. • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all hotels operate in compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and company policies. Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard guests, employees, and company assets.
