Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, a charming boutique property with 31 rooms, is seeking a talented Restaurant & Bar Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the 2026 season.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide attentive, professional service to guests in the restaurant and bar.
• Take and manage food and beverage orders, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service.
• Advise guests on menu options, wine pairings, and special recommendations.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization of the service areas.
• Drive revenue by promoting restaurant and hotel products through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience across all shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally in boutique hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Professional English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of POS systems, service standards, and restaurant protocols.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening).
