Für das Restaurant Veltlinerstübli in Davos Monstein suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Teams ab sofort einen Chef de Partie/Tournant mit einem Pensum von 60 - 100%. Das erwartet Dich:Erstellung, Vorbereitung und Produktion sämtlicher Gerichte A la Carte Kochen Freude an der Zubereitung saisonaler und frischer Speisen Planung der Gerichte, Organisation und Führung des Postens Professionelle, effiziente und respektvolle Verarbeitung und Verwertung der Ware Einhalten von Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften gemäss HACCP Nicht nur den eigenen Posten im Griff haben, sondern auch im Team mitanpacken, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird Wir bieten:Eine interessante und herausfordernde Tätigkeit in einem jungen motiviertem Team Zeitgemässe Anstellungs- Bedingungen (2 Tage am Stück frei-mit Ausnahme in der Hochsaison vereinzelt 6 Tage Woche), nach L-GAV mit fairer Entlohnung Arbeiten wo andere Ferien Machen Regionale, frische Küche mit einbringen von eigenen Ideen sehr erwünscht Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft.
