Âmbito Processar todos os check-ins e check-outs dos hóspedes em conformidade com as normas e padrões de serviço da secção, a fim de realizar, a todo o momento, um serviço centrado no cliente e nas suas necessidades, Responsabilidades e áreas de acção: - Verificar as agendas da secção para verificar questões pendentes, alertas e mensagens, possíveis tempos de serviços planeados ou em curso, bem como análises, as ocorrências e situações pendentes de resolução. - Verificações e análises no sistema, no início do turno, as entradas e saídas do dia, os eventos previstos; - Prestar um serviço geral ao cliente (telefone e serviço de Front-Office, check in e check out, fornecimento de informações internas e externas solicitadas por este último, esclarecimento de dúvidas, resposta a pedidos, etc.), procurando assegurar sempre a satisfação e lealdade totais. - Acompanhar os clientes até ao seu quarto. - Efectuar o controlo das facturas do dia.
