EinleitungDas Gstaad Palace mit 90 Zimmern und Suiten, 5 Restaurants, 2 Bars und einem legendären Nachtclub ist ein international bekanntes 5-Sterne- Luxushotel. Es ist im Besitz der Familie Scherz und eines der letzten traditionell familiengeführten Grand Hotels - ein Wahrzeichen der Schweiz. Wir suchen ab ca. Mitte Dezember 2025 eine/n Floor Supervisor in befristetem Anstellungsverhältnis (Wintersaison 2025/2026) Ihre Aufgaben Sie unterstützen unseren Executive Housekeeper tatkräftig in allen Belangen des täglichen Geschehens Sie stellen den Qualitätsstandard auf den Etagen sowie in den öffentlichen Räumen sicher Sie erstellen Trainingseinheiten nach LQA Standards und führen sie durch Sie helfen mit, unser langjähriges internationales Housekeeping-Team zu delegieren und zu führen Sie achten und fördern den Teamgeist sowie das Arbeitsklima Sie unterstützen bei der Betreuung unserer Personalhäuser Die Gästebetreuung steht für Sie an erster Stelle und Sie lieben es, Ihre Fremdsprachkenntnisse dadurch gekonnt einzusetzen Wir bietenEine spannende Tätigkeit in einem 2-Saison Betrieb, wo die Abwechslung an Arbeitszeiten und Erholung dank der Öffnungszeiten des Hotels garantiert sind Eine interessante Stelle mit viel Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Team Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen sowie Unterstützung in Weiterbildungen und interne Schulungen Eine Bergregion, die alle Träume in der Natur und im Sport wahr werden lassen Einen Arbeitsplatz, wo Tradition und Familie gelebt wird Vielfältigen, selbstständigen und verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeitsbereich in einem internationalen Umfeld Mitarbeitervergünstigungen auf Hotelleistungen Eine langfristige Perspektive in einem erfolgreichen Unternehmen

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre mit fundierten Housekeeping Kenntnissen • Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen in der Luxushotellerie gesammelt • Sie sind flexibel im Umgang mit Veränderungen und Herausforderungen der 5-Sterne-Hotellerie • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und/oder Englisch fliessend, weitere Sprachen gerne erwünscht
