El puesto de Ayudante de Recepción en nuestro hotel ubicado en Avinguda de Gabriel Roca de Palma, es una oportunidad emocionante para un profesional con experiencia en el sector. Como Ayudante de Recepción, serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros huéspedes, brindando un servicio excepcional y creando una experiencia acogedora desde el momento en que ingresan al hotel. Tus responsabilidades incluirán gestionar reservas, atender llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos, y proporcionar información relevante sobre las instalaciones del hotel y los lugares de interés cercanos. Además, deberás ser fluido en Inglés Profesional para comunicarte eficazmente con nuestros huéspedes internacionales. Valoramos a alguien con ganas de trabajar e idiomas. Ofrecemos un gran ambiente de trabajo, un contrato fijo - discontinuo con turnos intensivos de L-D y una compensación competitiva que oscila entre 22.000 € y 25.000 €.

Las tareas a desempeñar serán las siguientes: 

Tareas de check-in, check-out ,conserjería y reservas, seguimiento del nivel de satisfacción de los de los clientes, coordinación de la información con el resto de departamentos.

Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, a charming boutique property with 31 rooms, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2026 season.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist guests, serving as the first point of contact for all guest interactions.
Manage pre-arrival calls and post-departure emails to ensure a personalized guest experience.
Handle reservations accurately using Opera Cloud or similar systems.
Create individual offers for room reservations tailored to guest preferences.
Promote hotel products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate guest services and concierge activities, including restaurant bookings, excursions, and local recommendations.
Handle yacht reservations and other premium services.
Support front office operations during morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in front office roles, preferably in boutique hotels.
Professional English proficiency.
Experience with Opera Cloud 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to create tailored offers and promote hotel services.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Lead, motivate, and train front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining our boutique standards.
Drive revenue by promoting hotel products through upselling and cross-selling.
Participate in Manager-on-Duty shifts, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in front office or supervisory roles, ideally in boutique hotels.
Professional English proficiency.
Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in upselling and cross-selling hotel services.
Flexible to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) including supervisory duties.
