Wir suchen ab März 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n: Reservations Agent (m/w) - in Jahresstelle Ihre AufgabenDie Annahme und Bearbeitung von Individual- sowie Gruppenbuchungen vom Angebot bis zur Reservierung unter Einhaltung der Standards von „Leading Hotels of the World“, Swiss Deluxe Hotels und QM Die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes in der Reservierung Die individuelle Betreuung unserer (internationalen) Gäste während des Reservierungsprozesses Das Einpflegen von Gästedaten ins Buchungssystem Protel on Premise Gemeinsame Verantwortung für die aktuelle Belegungsrate und Nachverfolgung des Raumbudgets Die Absprache diverser Preise und Konditionen mit der Reservierungsleitung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen und administrativen Abteilungen des Hotel Hilfe bei der Kontrolle unserer Verfügbarkeit auf Online-Kanälen (CRS) Wir bietenEine spannende Tätigkeit in einem 2-Saison Betrieb, wo die Abwechslung an Arbeitszeiten und Erholung dank der Öffnungszeiten des Hotels garantiert sind Eine interessante Stelle mit viel Verantwortung in einem jungen dynamischen Team Vielfältigen, selbstständigen und verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeitsbereich in einem internationalen Umfeld Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen sowie Unterstützung in Weiterbildungen und interne Schulungen Persönlicher Karriereplan und zahlreiche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Eine Bergregion, die alle Träume in der Natur und im Sport wahr werden lassen Einen Arbeitsplatz, wo Tradition und Familie gelebt wird

• Verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung • Sie bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Reservierung der gehobenen Hotellerie mit • Sie sind eine aufgeweckte, gepflegte Person die den Kontakt zu unseren Gästen liebt • Verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse • Arbeiten gerne im Team • Sie sind flexibel, belastbar, pflichtbewusst, Detail- und Kundenorientiert • Verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen gerne erwünscht
