EinleitungWir suchen eine(n) Sous-Chef Pâtissier Was Sie bei uns bewirkenAls Sous-Chef Pâtissier sind Sie ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Küchenteams. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen: Unterstützung des Chef Pâtissiers bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Dessert- und Pâtisseriekonzepte. Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung, Präsentation und Dekoration von Backwaren und Desserts Eigenständige Verantwortung für bestimmte Produktionsbereiche innerhalb der Pâtisserie. Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards gemäss HACCP-Richtlinien. Verantwortung für die effiziente Lagerung und Kontrolle von Zutaten sowie die Bestellung von Backwaren- und Dessertzutaten in Übereinstimmung mit den festgelegten Qualitätsstandards. Unser Angebot9-monatiger Vertrag von Ende November 2025 bis Ende September 2026. 5-Tage Woche im Schnitt bei 43.5 Stunden. 5 Wochen Ferien und 6 Feiertage pro Jahr. 13. Gehalt ab Eintritt (pro rata temporis). Auf Wunsch Unterkunft in einem unserer attraktiven Mitarbeiterhäuser. Verpflegung in unserem modernen Mitarbeiterrestaurant. Arbeit in einem ansprechenden Umfeld mit vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Für diese spannende Rolle suchen wir nach einer engagierten Person, die folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konditor/in, Bäcker/in oder Pâtissier/in. • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, davon idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung. • Leidenschaft und Kreativität im Bereich der Pâtisserie und Dessertproduktion. • Starke Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu inspirieren und zu motivieren. • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail. • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
