MISSION: Responsible for providing appropriate and courteous service. Complies at all times with quality standards and pays special attention to customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are presented correctly before being delivered to customers in order to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, and earn their recognition and preference for hotel services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow supervisor instructions and hotel standards before and after shifts.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly handled.
- Maintain a professional, friendly attitude at all times.
- Deliver prompt, accurate service, following SOPs.
- Verify orders before delivery, ensuring all required items are included.
- Handle service with care to prevent accidents or breakages.
- Address guest concerns and escalate major issues when necessary.
- Follow hotel policies on punctuality, dress code, and discipline.
- Attend meetings and participate in ongoing training.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SAFETY:
- Personalize guest interactions, anticipating their needs.
- Handle customer incidents, escalating when required.
- Promote hotel services, experiences, and events.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Secondary education or higher. Relevant training preferred.
- Languages: Local language, advanced English; a third language is a plus.
- Skills: Teamwork, organization, attention to detail, customer focus.
- Experience: 1 year in a similar role or 2 years as an assistant waiter.
The position may be classified between level D1 and level C1 of the AICA Tourism National Collective Labour Agreement, with a gross monthly salary ranging from € 1.570,04 to € 1.831,04, depending on the level assigned at the end of the selection process and in any case not lower than the applicable contractual minimum.
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between € 21.980,56 and € 26.347,16, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions
