IntroductionFor a private individual based in Milan, we are looking for a trustworthy, professional and experienced person with immediate effect or by appointment Travelling PA / Personal Assistant in Milan and other Destinations 100%, m/f, «live-out» Ihre TätigkeitenThis is what you can expect: · Travel organization and travel accompaniment around the world · Lifestyle support in close cooperation with the existing team · Coordination and accompaniment of appointments, chauffeur services, packing etc. · Guest logistics and care at various destinations · General administration, planning and organisation incl. daily operation support · Contact person for all external partners and suppliers

This is what we expect: · You have many years of international experience as a personal assistant with excellent references · You are cosmopolitan and speak different languages; Engl. and Ital. is a must, German and French a plus · You work and act independently, proactively and solution-oriented · You work absolutely professional, with integrity and discretion · You are flexible to travel several months a year with the employer to different destinations · You have impeccable references from similar positions and a clean driver's licence
