Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily beverage operations across bars and outlets

- Ensure high standards of drink quality, service, and presentation
- Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, and cost control
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team
- Maintain cleanliness, equipment condition, and operational readiness
- Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in beverage, bar, or F&B management
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
