Take the lead with La Squadra as SOUS CHEF in Manchester 🇬🇧
Circolo Popolare, our restaurant located in Manchester, is looking for talented Sous Chef who will become the leader and Chef of tomorrow.
In the heart of the Northern Quarter, step into a space where the warmth of Italian hospitality meets the energy of the city. Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, convivial tables, generous dishes, authentic ingredients, and an extensive wine selection that tells the story of Italy.
Your main tasks:
FROM CREATION TO PLATE EXECUTION
• Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
• Speed and precision at the pass will be your hallmark.
• Ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
• You are the Chef’s right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well-organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives.
• Manage Food Costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on-time orders.
• Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
