We welcome a diverse clientele — local, business, and international — in a warm yet professional atmosphere. Your tasksAs part of our service team, under the supervision of our Head Waiters and F&B Management, you will: Help set up the restaurant or rooftop before service; Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience; Take orders and ensure smooth communication with the kitchen and bar; Provide table service following our quality standards; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (HACCP standards); Assist with closing duties and end-of-service organization BenefitsA complete and hands-on training in a reputable hotel in Nice; A supportive and professional work environment; Staff meals included during working days; Guidance from an experienced and passionate team; Opportunities for future seasonal or permanent positions after the internship.
