EinleitungThe flavour of the mountain: Das Restaurant Findlerhof findet man inmitten eines einzigartigen Wander- und Skigebiets in Findeln, oberhalb von Zermatt (2051 m.ü.M). Der atemberaubende Blick aufs Matterhorn, die exquisite und dennoch bodenständige Küche (14 Punkte GaultMilau) sowie die auserlesenen Weine gehören zu den unzähligen Gründen, warum man im Findlerhof in gemütlicher, familiärer Stimmung abschalten und richtig geniessen kann. Für unser Bergrestaurant (Tagesbetrieb) suchen wir ab Mitte Juni 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine*n Sous Chef*In der*die gerne längerfristig in einem Bergbetrieb tätig ist. Souschef (m*w) EFZ oder mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung (m/w) 100% Wir erwartenDeine Aufgaben: selbstständiges Führen eines eigenen Postens im à la carte Betrieb Vertretung des Küchenchefs bei dessen Abwesenheit (Annoncieren & Mithilfe beim Bestellwesen) Tägliche Mise en place Arbeiten Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien Tägliche Reinigungsarbeiten in der Küche Einhaltung der Qualistätsstandards Das gehört auch dazu: Mithilfe bei Unterhalts- und Reinigungsarbeiten Arbeitsweg: im Sommer mit Mountain Bike oder zu Fuss und im Winter mit Schlitten oder zu Fuss Wir bieten Unterkunft in Zermatt falls Bedarf besteht Tagesjob in jungem, dynamischen Team ohne Zimmerstunde gut eingerichtete Küche mit Blick aufs Matterhorn
