Deine Aufgaben Leitung des Rezeptionsteams: Dienstplangestaltung, Aufgabenverteilung, Teambesprechung Teilnahme am wöchentlichen Abteilungsleitermeeting Organisation Onboarding und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste (Check-in, Check-out, individuelle Anliegen) Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption Pflege und Kontrolle des Buchungssystems, Korrespondenzmanager und der Gästedatenbank Überwachung und Durchführung von Anfragen, Reservierungen und Stornierungen Abwicklung von Direktbuchungen und via Portale wie Booking oder Airbnb Kontrolle und Pflege der Gästekorrespondenz (z. B.
