• Completed education in hotel management or similar qualification • Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in a leadership role • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Hands-on mentality, resilience, and flexibility • Good English skills required • Italian language skills are an advantage, German is also beneficial • Professional appearance, guest-oriented mindset, and team spirit • Applications from couples are highly welcome and preferred • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie, idealerweise in leitender Funktion • Führungsstärke, Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent • Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich • Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil, Deutsch ebenfalls hilfreich • Professionelles Auftreten, Gästeorientierung und Teamgeist • Bewerbungen von Paaren sind ausdrücklich erwünscht und bevorzugt
