Responsabilidades

Coordenar e supervisionar as equipas de housekeeping internas e externas
Garantir a qualidade do trabalho realizado pelas equipas externas, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões definidos
Planear e distribuir as tarefas diárias das equipas internas, garantindo eficiência e organização
Acompanhar o desempenho das equipas e assegurar a resolução rápida de eventuais problemas operacionais
Colaborar com a administração na implementação de processos de melhoria contínua
Assegurar a correta comunicação entre as diferentes equipas e departamentos
Prestar apoio pontual noutras tarefas relacionadas com a operação, sempre que necessário

O Hotel Luena é um hotel de 3 estrelas localizado na zona de Arroios em Lisboa e dispõe de 36 quartos. 
A unidade hoteleira foi totalmente renovada em 2015 sendo que anteriormente era uma Residencial que estava operacional desde 1973. 
É um hotel familiar gerido pela mesma família desde 1973 e com uma equipa de aproximadamente 10 colaboradores.

O Hotel Luena é um hotel de 3 estrelas localizado em Arroios, Lisboa, com 36 quartos. Foi totalmente renovado em 2015, mantendo, no entanto, a essência de um negócio familiar que nasceu em 1973 como Residencial. Desde então, é gerido pela mesma família, o que lhe confere um ambiente próximo, acolhedor e ao mesmo tempo profissional. Atualmente, contamos com uma equipa de cerca de 12 colaboradores dedicados.

O que procuramos:
Procuramos um(a) Empregado(a) de Pequenos-Almoços com funções polivalentes, comunicativo(a), responsável e motivado(a), com paixão pelo atendimento ao cliente e experiência prévia no setor hoteleiro.

Principais Responsabilidades:

* Preparação dos itens de comida para o serviço de pequenos-almoços (corte, disposição, confeção simples e reposição).
* Preparação e organização do serviço de pequenos-almoços.
*Reposição de produtos, controlo de stock e manutenção da apresentação do buffet.
*Atendimento ao cliente com simpatia e profissionalismo.
*Assegurar a limpeza e arrumação da sala de pequenos-almoços e das áreas de apoio.
*Colaboração com a restante equipa em tarefas complementares à operação do hotel.

Requisitos:
