Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Compliance: Ensure the team follows health, safety, and hygiene standards. Reporting: Report maintenance issues and assist the Housekeeping Manager in administrative tasks and scheduling.
