Food and Beverage Manager
Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, a charming boutique property with 31 rooms, is seeking a talented F&B Supervisor to join our team for the 2026 season.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, support, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely service.
• Assist guests with menu guidance, wine pairings, and special recommendations.
• Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and organization of all dining and service areas.
• Drive revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling of restaurant and hotel offerings.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain high service standards across all shifts.
• Participate in shift planning and support the F&B Manager
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B roles, including supervisory or team-leading experience, ideally in boutique hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Professional English proficiency (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, service standards, and F&B operational procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening).
