Tus funciones principales

Gestionar reservas telefónicas y por correo electrónico.

Realizar el check-in y check-out de clientes.

Atender solicitudes e informar sobre instalaciones, horarios, alrededores y cualquier otra consulta.

Resolver quejas y reclamaciones, remitiendo las más graves al Jefe de Recepción.

Controlar la facturación diaria y efectuar el cuadre de caja.

Mantener actualizado y en orden el sistema de gestión.

Realizar seguimiento del booking y de los cierres, gestionándolos personalmente en caso necesario.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE PUESTO
Procesar todos los registros de ingreso de los huéspedes mediante la confirmación de las reservas, la asignación de las habitaciones y la entrega y activación de las llaves de las habitaciones. Procesar todos los tipos de pagos realizados tales como los gastos de alojamiento y los pagos efectuados en efectivo, con cheques o tarjeta de débito o crédito. Asistir al personal para acelerar los pagos problemáticos (p. ej. problemas al procesar las tarjetas de crédito). Hacer un seguimiento con el huésped para comprobar que quede satisfecho con la solución de sus problemas.
Anticiparse a las situaciones en las que se agota la disponibilidad de habitaciones y obtener alojamiento alternativo satisfactorio en caso de que el hotel no pueda alojar a los huéspedes con reservaciones. Procesar todas las partidas de los huéspedes, incluidos los cargos cuestionados o que se originan al abandonar la habitación fuera de horario. Atender, registrar y procesar todas las llamadas, los mensajes, las solicitudes, las preguntas o las inquietudes de los huéspedes.

Responsabilidades:

Atención al Cliente: Proporcionar un servicio amable y profesional a los huéspedes, tanto presencialmente como por teléfono, asegurando su satisfacción y comodidad.

Arqueo de Caja: Llevar a cabo el arqueo de caja, controlando y registrando los ingresos y asegurando la concordancia de los fondos.
Gestión del Correo Electrónico: Supervisar y gestionar la bandeja de entrada del correo electrónico del hotel, respondiendo de manera oportuna y profesional.
Supervisión de Cargos: Revisar y asegurar la correcta imputación de cargos a las habitaciones y salones, evitando discrepancias y errores.

We're Looking for an&nbsp;Assistant of Front Office Director Under the guidance of Director of Front Office, ensure guest services runs as an efficient and organized unit; act as the main contact/service center for internal and external guests; increase communication between departments throughout the property by coordinating the process of receiving and resolving guest issues and requests.
