Deine Aufgaben: • Organisation der Personalkantine in Absprache mit dem Küchenchef • Mise-en-place und Nachbereitung sowie selbstverantwortliche Organisation des Arbeitsplatzes • Vorbereitung und Zubereitung der erforderlichen Speisen für unser Personal • Sorgfältige und professionelle Verarbeitung sowie Zubereitung der Speisen in sauberer Arbeitsweise • Kreative Gestaltung des Angebotes (ausgewogene Ernähfung, auch vegane und vegetarische Alternativen) • Mithilfe bei der Organisation eines reibungslosen Ablaufes in der Küche • Einhaltung aller Hygienevorschriften laut HACCP sowie Gewährleistung der Arbeitssicherheit
