Job Description
As an Executive Chef (m/f/d), you are a very important part of our creative team and have the freedom and opportunity to bring your ideas and trends to the menu.
Your varied tasks include, among others:
- Being primarily responsible for leading, motivating, inspiring, and guiding kitchen staff and culinary apprentices.
- Placing orders.
- Bringing creative ideas to the design of our menus.
- Ensuring and monitoring the correct compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Providing versatile support to the team, from the breakfast area to casual fine dining à la carte, as well as menus and buffets for conferences.
- Working closely with the hotel manager and other departments.
Your Profil:
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience as a head chef (m/f/d) or sous chef (m/f/d)
- At least 1-2 years of leadership skills and team spirit
- Training licence is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Passion for good food and creativity
- Quality awareness
- Flexibility and commitment
- Host mentality and an open nature
