New!The moment a guest steps into our spa, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Spa Receptionist you will help deliver a great wellness experience to our guests and you will ensure complete guest satisfaction. As a brand ambassador you will have to be a role model and you will sustain our Intercontinental life.
Daily Tasks:
- Make sure our guests always get a warm welcome and a sincere farewell from you.
- Deliver a memorable experience to guests with a swift and personal service – not forgetting to recognize and record guest preferences.
- Resolve guest issues and use their feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
- Collate and share wellness insights to meet guest requests i.e. treatments, retail products…
- Make great guest relationships in a very short space of time.
- Effortlessly meet the diverse cultural needs of guests from around the world
- Contribute to hotel revenues by suggesting and promoting retail products or additional services – e.g. through treatments, spa bookings and retail sales.
- Responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to our guests.
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, in accordance with the quality and service standards set by the hotel, pleasantly and with a smile to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all opening and closure procedures are done diligently daily.
- Ensure the agenda and bookings are updated and any customer requests are followed upon.
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa in all areas.
- Participates in training sessions, briefings and meetings as and when requested.
- Make sure all tools and spare parts are stocked appropriately to minimise lose and therefore cost.
- May assist with other duties like setting up treatment rooms and replenishing product as needed.
- Create a great working environment for colleagues to thrive - linking up departments to create sense of one team.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Show your commitment and engagement to the brand, the hotel and your team by attending and supporting any of the activities launched by the hotel.
Minimum Qualifications: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior / Medio
Experience: 1 año
Professional Category: Empleado
Residence Permit: Provincia vacante
Essential language: English - Intermediate
- Professional Certificate in Massage Techniques / Body Therapies or Related Field
- Up to 1 year experience in spas
- Hotel and 5* experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and an intermediate level of English is a must – another language would be great
- User Level Computer Skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Proactive, team player and service oriented.
