Job Summary
Position: Digital Marketing Analyst
We’re expanding and seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven digital marketer to enhance our online performance. You’ll work closely with the Revenue, CRM, and Brand teams, as well as external agencies, to boost traffic, conversion, and loyalty. You will be central in building a consistent, effective, and high-performance digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze digital campaigns, translating insights into strategic actions.
Lead and fine-tune SEO and SEM strategies.
Align efforts with Revenue Management and agencies to improve acquisition and conversion.
Audit and manage third-party listings (e.g., Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp).
Collaborate on UX/UI improvements to optimize user journeys and drive conversions.
Develop and manage CRM strategies:
Segmentation and database maintenance.
Email marketing and automated flows.
Mapping customer journeys and activating loyalty.
Execute digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance.

Experience: De 3 a 5 años
Professional Category: Empleado
Residence Permit: Provincia vacante
Essential language: English - Professional
Experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors.
Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Solid knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce or similar).
Understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO and UX/UI best practices.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Spanish (Other language is a plus).
