Buscamos un/a fregador/a de cocina responsable y dinámico/a para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada se encargará de mantener la limpieza y el orden en la cocina, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento del área durante el servicio.

Funciones principales:
Limpieza de vajilla, utensilios y maquinaria de cocina.
Mantenimiento del orden y la higiene en la zona de trabajo.
Apoyo en tareas básicas de cocina si se requiere.
Gestión de residuos y cumplimiento de normas sanitarias.

Requisitos:
Experiencia previa en puesto similar (valorable, no imprescindible).
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
Rapidez, organización y atención al detalle.

Ofrecemos un servicio exclusivo y adaptado a las necesidades de cada Cliente; diseñamos, desarrollamos y producimos un servicio que debe ser el más económico, útil y satisfactorio para nuestro cliente.

Se solicita Fregaplatos para los restaurantes de un Hotel en Oliva (Valencia). Dentro de sus funciones podemos mencionar la limpieza de la instrumentación como: hornos, fuegos, perolas, ollas, barcas, cubetas y basculantes; mantener en óptimo estado los utensilios de cocina, así como el conocimiento y aplicación de la normativa de higiene y salud laboral.

FRIEGAPLATOS: MISIÓN

En Finca Serena Mallorca, estamos seleccionando a un Friegaplatos que garantice la limpieza y el ordena en la cocina y el área de lavado del establecimiento, con el fin de mantener los estándares de higiene y contribuir al buen funcionamiento del servicio de alimentos.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:
-	Lavar platos y utensilios en la preparación y consumo de alimentos.
-	Limpieza de ollas y sartenes y otros recipientes de cocina utilizados para cocinar alimentos.
-	Secado y organización en los lugares designados para su almacenamiento.
-	Mantenimiento del área de lavado, esto incluye limpiar y desinfectar las superficies de trabajo, mesas lavaderos y, así como mantener el área libre de desechos y materiales no utilizados.
-	Reposición de suministros de limpieza, verificando regularmente los niveles de existencias e informar al personal encargado cuando sea necesario reponerlos.

Se solicita fregaplatos para un hotel en Madrid. Dentro de sus funciones se encuentra la limpieza y mantenimiento diario de la vajilla y utensilios de cocina, así como el túnel de lavado. 

Requisitos: 
Se requiere experiencia mínima de 6 meses en puesto similar en hoteles, residencias, catering, restaurantes o cafeterías.

Ofrecemos:
Contrato de 20 y 40 horas/semanales.
Jornada de mañana o de tarde.
Horario: 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00 (mañana) y de 21:00-1:00 (noche)
