📌 About the Position
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our bar and lounge team in Dublin. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience.
📝 About the PersonMust have a minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage Supervisory experience in a very busy 4/5* luxury hotel.
PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To
promote a helpful and professional image to the client and give the
full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance, with a
prompt caring and helpful attitude.
• To
train employees to the standards of the hotel.
• To
strive to anticipate client needs whenever possible to enhance
quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction.
• To
give full co-operation to any colleague requiring assistance in a
prompt, caring, helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting
around the hotel in response to business and client.
• To
assist management in maintaining regular and effective communication
within the team and attend hotel meetings when required.
• To
assist in creating an environment which promotes staff morale and
encourages employees to have a pride in the area and their skills
ensuring maximum, efficiency.
• To
address development needs identified from appraisal with management
and to maximise use of areas of strength. To assist management in
appraising staff using the guidelines provided.
• To
positively promote sales awareness within the standards set under
the direction of management.
• To
assist in control of operating costs within the hotel.
• To
identify and report any hazards or maintenance requirements in the
work place to management.
• To
comply with statutory and legal requirements for fires, health and
safety licensing and employment and to ensure employee are also
aware of these requirements and working in accordance to them.
• To
assist in the smooth running of the restaurant while on shift.
• To
ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for the following shift.
• To
report all issues to the Bar/Food & Beverage Manager in order
that relevant action can be taken.
• Any
other reasonable request from management.

Salary: €32,302 per annum
