Position: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales 

🔎 About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring comercial excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for hospitality and business development.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and leisure segments.


• Proactively respond to various online enquiry portals.


• Convert business and upsell additional products at contract stage.


• Engage with clients/agents in relation to their enquiries.


• Track market trends and competitor activity to stay one step ahead


• Proactively plan and execute sales activities including research, site/hotel show rounds, entertaining and events.


• Contribute to monthly and annual business reports.


• Work closely with reservations, groups and on-site teams to align sales efforts with operational needs

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in the hospitality segment. A Leisure or Corporate sales background is highly appreciated.


• Experience into the UK market would be a must.


• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills


• Proactive attitude, with a "3 Hs" personality: Humility, humanity and humour.


• English language – verbal and written is mandatory. Spanish is appreciated.
