Servicios turisticos a las navieras, servicios de visitas guiadas, privadas, eventos.

Buscamos una persona encargada de la organización de las excursiones ofrecidas por los cruceros. El trabajo será llevado a cabo tanto en oficina (Barcelona) como en el puerto (Barcelona, Palamós, Roses, Tarragona). 

Requisitos
Solicitamos experiencia en el sector turístico, preferiblemente en el puerto.
Alto nivel de inglés.
Carnet de conducir B y conducir regularmente.
Conocimiento oferta turística de Cataluña

Funciones a realizar
Contacto telefónico y emails con proveedores 
Organización de guías y azafatos en el muelle. Asistencia en el mismo
Realización de reservas
Contacto directo con las navieras
Cierre de barcos con contabilidad
Incidencias: comunicación con barco y proveedor involucrado
Resolución de quejas

✨ Excellent level of English (both written and spoken).
🧭 Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several projects with ease.
💡 Naturally creative, empathetic, and a great listener.
🤝 A strong communicator who values teamwork and client relationships.
✨ Previous experience in travel design, hospitality, or luxury tourism.
