We are a small family-run company managing tourist apartments in Málaga and New York, as well as a three-star boutique aparthotel in Málaga’s historic centre.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised person to join our Reservations and Operations team.
There is a calm, friendly and supportive working environment in a small family-run company, where teamwork, mutual respect and a good atmosphere are genuinely valued.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing reservations and guest communication through our PMS, Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia.
- Handling guest requests and incidents in English and Spanish, following each case through to resolution.
- Checking payments, deposits, documentation and upcoming arrivals.
- Coordinating cleaning and maintenance in Málaga.
- Supporting the management of availability, rates, promotions and OTA listings.
WE OFFER
• Permanent full-time contract: 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts between 9:00 and 21:00, with no night shifts.
• Approximately two weekends off per month.
• Salary according to the applicable Málaga hospitality agreement.
• Initial training and handover period.
• Expected starting date: mid-October 2026.

- Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in hotels, tourist apartments, travel agencies, reservations or a similar tourism role.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence using digital tools, Excel and computers. Experience with PMS, OTAs, revenue management or macOS will be highly valued.
- Living in Málaga or able to commute reliably to Málaga city centre.
- Availability to work rotating schedules and some weekends.
- Previous experience in hotels, tourist apartments, travel agencies, reservations or a similar tourism role.
