	Designing and developing Itineraries according to customer profiles;

<p>RIU HOTELS, cadena comprometida con la igualdad en el empleo, líder en el sector vacacional, con más de 100 hoteles en 20 países, selecciona <strong>Sustainability Certification Coordinator</strong> para sus oficinas corporativas en <strong>Palma</strong> de Mallorca.</p><p>En dependencia directa de la Responsable de Sostenibilidad Operacional, se encargará de conseguir las condiciones para que la estrategia de sostenibilidad de RIU se desarrolle.</p><p><strong>Las funciones serán:</strong></p><ul>
<li>Coordinar los diversos procesos de certificación de sostenibilidad planificados anualmente</li>
<li>Seguimiento de la planificación del calendario de auditorías y formaciones</li>
<li>Coordinación logística de los procesos de certificación</li>
<li>Realizar seguimiento de las diferentes plataformas de gestión de la sostenibilidad</li>
<li>Recopilar datos para reportes de KPI</li>
<li>Dar soporte a los centros sobre el uso de las diferentes plataformas de reporte</li>
<li>Dar apoyo a los centros sobre la aplicación y desarrollo de la gestión de sostenibilidad</li>

<li>Conocimiento de <strong>certificaciones ambientales o de sostenibilidad</strong></li>
<li>Disponibilidad para <strong>viajar</strong></li>
<li>Experiencia previa en puestos similares</li>

<li>Conocimiento del idioma inglés</li>

It involves coordinating due diligence, preparing cost estimates, assisting with planning procedures, and managing technical documentation. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners is also required to ensure project feasibility and alignment with company standards.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>What will you do?</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li>Assistance and technical analysis of hotel projects during initial stages of national and international project development, including refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings and greenfield projects.</li><li>Hire, coordinate and supervise with other MH Departments and third companies (advisors, engineering and architecture offices, etc) detailed analysis of assets (Technical Due Diligence)</li><li>Elaborate Cost estimations for Development Operations – for further approval</li><li>Give support in planning processes to obtain planning permissions. </li><li>Handover of documentation to Business Units Project Managers and provide them support during initial stages of preconstruction process.</li><li>Give support to Building, Engineering and Maintenance Department in strategic projects.</li><li>Provide support to Contract management.</li><li>Manage Technical Services Agreements with 3rd parties.</li><li>Support to develop new standards and procedures, RFP &amp; RFQ management.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>What are we looking for?</b></H2>&#13;</div><div><p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>At least 4 years working in hospitality sector and 10 year of total experience are required.       </p><p> </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in architecture.</li><li>Hospitality sector knowledge. Experience in other Hotel Chains or Architecture offices developing Hospitality projects is required.</li><li>Knowledge in Urban regulation / planning processes.</li><li>Real Estate Development Knowledge / experience.</li><li>Be used to work in other languages, with best practices and technical regulations</li><li>English advanced level or similar required, other languages will be considered.</li><li>Advanced skills in Cad / Office required.
