In Minor Hotels, we are seeking for a temporary Proactive Sales Executive. If you are interested in join us, check the following paragraphs: Main functions:
• Proactively seek out new business, locally and internationally (by phone, Sales visits, Trade Shows, Fairs, etc.)
• Maximize lead generation (new and existing business). Proper follow ups liaising with Contracting Team.
• Analyze local market and trends
• Organize Hotel show arounds and commercial visits to current and potential customers of the hotel,
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis.
• Assist the Contracting Team when needed in order to guarantee that the proper proposals are sent.
• Proactively follow up on all the event leads and gather information about their needs and decisions.
• Give support in the preparation of PR Events that take place in the hotel.
• Account Management. Responsible for specific accounts (DMC’s, Corporate, Associations, etc.)
• Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in hotel promotional activities.

Specific Knowledge:
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
• Availability to Travel (Nationally and Internationally)
• Strong Commercial skills. Sales & Negotiation skills and techniques.
• Highly valued knowledge of hotel management systems. Ideally SAP.
• Knowledge of different hotel segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, etc.).
Profesional Experience:
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
Education:
• Preferably Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business.
