Ihre AufgabenSelbstständige Führung einer eigenen Servicestation Professionelle Betreuung und Beratung unserer internationalen Gäste Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken Vorbereitung und Mise en Place für den täglichen Service Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Sommelier und Restaurantleitung Unterstützung des Maître d'Hôtel und des 2. Maître d'Hôtel bei der Organisation und Koordination des täglichen Restaurantbetriebs Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Maître d'Hôtel und dem 2. Berufserfahrung als Maître de Rang oder Chef de Rang in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
Erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden
Ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit gepflegtem Auftreten
Hohe Service- und Qualitätsorientierung
Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch-, Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
