Puesto: Sommelier / Sumiller – Hotel de Lujo 5★
El Sommelier será el responsable de diseñar y gestionar la experiencia enológica del hotel, seleccionando y manteniendo una carta de vinos y bebidas premium que complemente la oferta gastronómica. Organizará catas y eventos para clientes, asesorará en la elección de vinos y maridajes, y garantizará un servicio personalizado de alto nivel.
Funciones:
Diseñar y actualizar la carta de vinos para todos los restaurantes y bares.
Organizar y dirigir catas privadas y grupales.
Asesorar a clientes sobre maridajes y referencias.
Mantener y controlar la bodega, asegurando conservación y rotación.
Formar al personal en servicio y conocimientos básicos de vinos.
Coordinarse con cocina y F&B para garantizar armonía entre platos y vinos.
Requisitos:
Formación certificada como Sommelier (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers o similar).
Experiencia previa en hoteles de lujo o alta gastronomía.
Conocimiento amplio de vinos nacionales e internacionales.
Idiomas: español e inglés; otros valorados.
Pasión, orientación al detalle y habilidades de comunicación.

The Sommelier will be responsible for designing and managing the hotel’s wine experience, selecting and maintaining a premium wine and beverage list to complement the culinary offering. They will host wine tastings and events, advise guests on wine choices and pairings, and ensure a personalised, high-level service.
Main Duties:
Design and update wine lists for all restaurants and bars.
Host private and group wine tastings.
Advise guests on pairings and wine selection.
Maintain and manage the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
Train staff on wine service and basic knowledge.
Work closely with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure harmony between dishes and wines.
Requirements:
Certified Sommelier training (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers or equivalent).
Previous experience in luxury hotels or fine dining.
Extensive knowledge of national and international wines.
Languages: Spanish and English; others valued.
Passion, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
