Wen wir suchen: Zur Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams besetzen wir folgende zwei Positionen und freuen uns über deine Bewerbung: Serviceleitung (m/w/d) Chef de Rang (m/w/d) Ihre AufgabenDu bist Gastgeber:in aus Überzeugung und prägst gemeinsam mit dem Team das Serviceerlebnis in der Villa Rainer. Während die Serviceleitung für Organisation, Teamführung und Servicequalität verantwortlich ist, sorgt der/die Chef de Rang für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im eigenen Rang und exzellenten Gästeservice. Deine Aufgaben (positionsabhängig): Organisation und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs Gesamtverantwortung für Serviceorganisation, Team und Qualität (Serviceleitung) Eigenständige Betreuung eines Rangs inkl. Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung • Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (Serviceleitung oder Chef de Rang) • Gastgebermentalität, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres, professionelles Auftreten • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Freude am gehobenen Gästeservice • Für die Position Serviceleitung: Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und Organisation von Serviceabläufen
