ME Lisbon is a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, renowned for its avant-garde design, exceptional service, and unique guest experiences. Mission: As the Night Manager, you will lead hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and the highest standards of safety, security, and luxury hospitality, while upholding the distinctive spirit of the ME brand. What will you have to do? • Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift. • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage VIP arrivals, requests, and concerns. • Lead and support overnight teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. • Perform and supervise the Night Audit process, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. • Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of guests, employees, and hotel assets. • Prepare operational and financial reports while ensuring smooth handovers to the day team. What We Are Looking For? • Previous experience as a Night Manager, Night Auditor, Duty Manager, or Front Office Supervisor within luxury hospitality. • Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and Night Audit procedures. • Experience with hotel financial controls and revenue reconciliation. • Proficiency in Opera PMS/Opera Cloud or similar Property Management Systems. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Fluent English; Portuguese and additional languages are a plus.
