Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Barman Position What will I be doing? • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. • Interact with custmer, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. • Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations. • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails • Check customers' identification and confirm its meets legal drinking age. • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. • Comply with all food and beverage regulations. What are we looking for? • Previous experience in cocktail preparation. • Friendly, outgoing and positive. • Enjoy being part of a Team. • passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. • Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role. • Good stress management and organizational skills. • Fluent in italian and English.
