O teu impacto: – Desenvolvimento de novas oportunidades de negócio e captação de clientes – Gestão de contas estratégicas e parceiros comerciais – Negociação de contratos, tarifas e condições comerciais – Acompanhamento da performance e rentabilidade das contas – Participação na implementação da estratégia comercial – Análise de mercado, concorrência e tendências do setor – Representação da Ukino em feiras, workshops e eventos nacionais e internacionais – Articulação com Revenue, Reservas, Marketing, Financeiro e Operações O diferencial: Aqui não vais apenas vender quartos. Sales & Promotion Executive (Remote) – Drive the commercial growth of our hotels This is not just a sales role. It is a role focused on growth, positioning, and business development. At Ukino Hotels, we are looking for someone who will actively contribute to the expansion of our commercial activity by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving results across national and international markets. Your impact: – Developing new business opportunities and acquiring new clients – Managing strategic accounts and commercial partners – Negotiating contracts, rates, and commercial agreements – Monitoring account performance and profitability – Supporting the implementation of the commercial strategy – Analysing market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities – Representing Ukino at trade fairs, workshops, and industry events – Working closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams What makes this role different: You will not simply sell rooms. Procuramos alguém que: – Tenha forte orientação comercial e gosto por desenvolver negócios – Saiba construir relações de longo prazo com clientes e parceiros – Combine capacidade analítica com foco em resultados – Seja autónomo, dinâmico e proativo – Tenha capacidade de negociação e comunicação – Trabalhe bem em equipa e em articulação com diferentes departamentos – Tenha disponibilidade para viajar regularmente We are looking for someone who: – Has a strong commercial mindset and enjoys developing business – Knows how to build long-term relationships with clients and partners – Combines analytical thinking with a results-driven approach – Is autonomous, dynamic, and proactive – Has strong communication and negotiation skills – Works effectively across different departments – Is available for regular business travel Requisitos: – Experiência em funções comerciais no setor hoteleiro ou turístico – Conhecimento do mercado turístico e hoteleiro – Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office e reporting comercial – Experiência em portefólios multi-hotel será considerada uma mais-valia Idiomas: – Inglês obrigatório – Português e Espanhol valorizados Requirements: – Previous experience in commercial roles within the hospitality or tourism industry – Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism market – Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools – Experience managing multi-property portfolios will be considered an advantage Languages: – English mandatory – Portuguese and Spanish highly valued
