Job Description

Your Task:

  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting for the entire Eastern region (Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Wolfsburg)
  • Implementation of registrations and deregistrations
  • Recording and maintenance of personnel master data
  • Creation of certificates and retrieval of electronic certificates of incapacity for work
  • Correspondence with authorities
  • Processing of labour law, social security law and tax issues
  • Contact person for hotel managers, as well as for specialists and managers in all matters relating to payroll accounting

 

Your Profil:

  • Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the environment of larger corporate structures
  • Initial insights into the tourism industry an advantage
  • High level of discretion, structured and precise working methods
  • Confident handling of SAP HCM and MS Office
  • Team spirit, personal responsibility and strong communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
  • Interest in process optimisation and willingness to actively contribute and take on responsibility.
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English an advantage
